      No, this printer is NOT MAC compatible. I believe drivers will be made available in the near future. However I suggest Apple users should steer clear of this unit until drivers are released.

    The real question is, does the replacement tied to the warranty include toner?

      The warranty is hardware only - does not cover consumables. We have sold over 1000 of these units to date had only a handful of issues. Ricoh's after sales service has been excellent with any issues we have raised with them including driver support etc.

    Whoa, this is just insane…! I ordered closer to mid-day and guess what I receive the printer at 4 pm the same day! I am totally stumped!!! Received 2 follow up emails on the status of the order as well. Excellent Customer service from CWorld. Now got have crack at the printer, got go

      The printer ships with a starter toner good for about 300 pages… new toners will print 1200 pages

          I thought I would under quote as the number of pages is dependent on various factors.

          Ricoh do quote 500 pages (http://www.ricoh-ap.com/products/summary.aspx?PID=725&t=s) but I didn't want to set an expectation that high as a number of customers print far more than the average 5% coverage per page which is the industry standard average used when quoting these numbers. Hope that helps clear up the confusion.

    Your website doesn't seem to mention a 4% charge for paypal which it only adds on the paypal site. The totals are then different and the paypal transaction fails.

    Just thought I would note for interested parties, in the comments to an article I read about this printer it seems the toner it comes with will only do around 300 pages.
