Anyone Know How to Redeem The Free Car Seat Installation from Baby R Us Promotion Back in Beginning of August

I bought a baby car seat from Baby R Us back in August for the free car seat installation offer and i believe the offer says that i can redeem it until Dec 2014. (anyone has the full terms and condition of this offer, i cant seems to find it online)

I tried to call Baby R Us and the representative has no idea of this offer. They ask me to call Toys R Us and i have been calling Toys R Us for 2 days now, no one was answering, only voicemail…

Has anyone redeemed the Baby R Us free car seat installation offer yet?

If yes, can you please tell me the contact number i should call to arrange the appointment.

  • Are you a VIP club member? I remember logging into my VIP club account and seeing a link for free car seat installation in my account. Unfortunately I bought the car seat 2 days before this promotion started but I manage to get a voucher from my local council anyway. I don't have my login detail with me but I can check in the evening and let you know

      • I can't see it now as well. I don't have the number as I was not eligible for this promotion so didn't bother noting it down. If this does not work Check with your local council if they offer a child seat fitting voucher. Some of the Sydney councils do; T hats how I got my done for free

        • Yes, as it was an offer I got for my purchase during their August's promotion and it is valid til Dec 2014.

  • Try phoning this number 1300 938 684 and explain to the operator the problems you have experienced. I've had exactly the same problem. Used to be a link on the vip page but thats disappeared. The supplied phone number is voice mail only. Calls are never returned. I've rung the local store. Been given head office number. Then from there another number. Finally a new number to ring which is 1300 938 684. This number is for the free installation of baby car seat. I have got a bit further with them now but still waiting to hear back for appointment time and location. This one sounds promising though.
