Any Experience with Good Life Health Clubs?

Want to join a gym but I need a place where I can get different programs defined for me everyday to keep me motivated. Otherwise I get bored and start slacking. I used to go to EFM gyms earlier, where we had a new routine every day drawn up by the trainer and I really enjoyed it and got results.

Due to various factors, can't go there now as there is none close to my home so was looking at alternatives and found that the Good life health clubs also have few different classes every week. Has anyone been to one/is going there currently? Could you please share your experience?

Many thanks.

  • I've been going to Goodlife for about 9 years now (was Zest before). It's just a standard gym with classes, weights, cardio etc plus personal trainers (which are extra). When you start they give you a few PT sessions free and make a program for you.

But if you can't motivate yourself then you either need someone to go with or pay for a PT or it's not worth it.

    • Nail on the head.

    • Thank you for the input. Are the classes included in the membership?

      • +1

        Yes, unlimited classes.

        • Thanks. I might try them out then.
