Knowing NBA is going to auto-charge me the full AUD price for the league pass I would like to cancel it. I followed the instructions but it says I'm still subscribed to their package. Anyone experienced this before?

Hey mate this is my first post, i'm a long time reader (first time poster here)
I have been using a proxy for NBA league pass for the past 2 years. FYI i had the same problem as you, when i clicked cancel my subscription a few weeks ago it still said im subscribed after cancelling it. However yesterday, when i logged in after watching the pre season matches so far, for the first time in about a month since i unsubscribed i clicked on my packages and nothing was there plus i can no longer see pre season matches. So for you im guessing it will take a few more days. Also FYI if i try re-subscribe now at checkout it asks if you want to add on a promo code so im waiting a few weeks to see if we can get one

As you used a proxy across 2 years, did yours auto-renew at the cheaper 'proxy' price?
I've followed the link in my email from NBA to look at cancelling my package, but there is no option once I click on 'My Package' in my account section. It just says I'm currently subscribed, but doesn't say how much it will cost.
I'm worried that when the auto-renewal kicks in on 5th Nov, I'll be charged the Aussie price?
4 days since I "cancelled" it .. Still shows up as subscribed..

If you remove your credit card information from Billing and Payment info they can't charge you… right?
I had the same problem, clicked cancel no confirmation that it was cancelled but still showed that I had a subscription.
Emailed customer support and they cancelled it for me.
Can you still access LP using free trial? I have the same problem and I am thinking that the last resort is to email them. Im still waiting for a promo code so I can get the price lower than what it is from a proxied site :)
Is it really cheaper with a Promo code than going through a Proxy?
The Aussie pass is so much more expensive, I'd be surprised a 20% (or around that) off promo code would be enough to bridge the gap.
For example, I did mine through Indonesia last year, and paid $10.99 USD a month (worked out around $14 AUD with Exchange Rate/CC fees etc). That's a heck of a lot cheaper than the $39.99/month for Aus this season.
Hey guys, I cancelled my pass last week. I had to email them. Now I can't watch any Bball games coz I dont have a subscription anymore. One thing I'm still unsure about is that even I didn't cancel it, how much will i get charged(I bought it via Indian vpn last year )
I forgot to cancel as well, but they just renew it and charged me $126 dollar, which is not too bad, I was going to re use the proxy anyway, used Spain last yr for $115

sauce2k, your pretty much screwed then, mine came up with an option to cancel, dont let it charge you on the 5th or you will most prob be charged aussie price…
