  • Hi Rep,

Thanks for another coffee deal. The link to the deal is for:

1 x 980g Colombian Tolima Volcano San Juan De La China
1 x 980g Brazil Santa Barbara Carmo de Minas Yellow Bourbon

    Not for - 1 x 980g Indian Monsoonal Malabar + the Colombian

Can you please confirm. Also, what are these best suited for? Espresso?

    Cheers

    • Sorry, fixed now. Just to confirm it's the Colombian and Brazilian. Both will work well as an espresso

Nice deal. Is there another 6 or 8 bag offer coming soon? I'm nearly out!

Just a question why 980g instead of the normal kilo exactly what the major department stores same price less produce

    • +1

To keep it under 2kgs with packaging as we post for free with Australia Post Express. If it goes over 2kgs, even by a few grams then the shipping cost jumps from $12-$13 to $15-$16.

Please also bear in mind that department stores don't pay $13 express shipping, aren't fresh roasted to order and in most cases are low grade coffees that have been on the shelves for months and not specialty coffees that are small batch roasted cupping 80 or above by SCAA

Free sample available on our website if you want to try some. If you start drinking fresh roasted coffee you probably won't go back to coffee off the supermarket shelves anymore

Oh man this sounds too good to miss out…. are these…. WASHED? =)

    • Hey Andy, the Colombian is washed mate but the Brazilian is a pulped natural or honey processed coffee. I've got a spare kilo of a beautiful washed El Salvador that I can swap out the Brazilian for you though. Please leave a note in Paypal just so it flags with the packing team. Cheers mate all the best to you!!

  • Thanks guys

  • Any tasting notes available for these OP? Cheers!

  • Would you be able to break them up in 490gr bags?

    • Happy to send additional empty valved re-sealable bags for you to break down order. They are $1 each. Please just send money through Paypal to [email protected] and leave notes. 250g, 500g and 1kg bags available.

      • Thank you :) I will do that.
Also, would you say these varieties will work well as a french press type coffee (large mug with a tiny bit of milk) using an Aeropress, or are they better as Espresso and I should wait for another variety?

        • I've roasted these coffees medium-medium dark. If you're drinking with a bit of milk as a Macchiato or Piccolo then they should be great. If drinking as a long black then technically a lighter roast may be more preferable.

If you need a lighter roast then I do have a kg of another Brazilian that is lightly roasted that I can send instead if you leave notes in Paypal. Also have an Els Salvador Finca Himalaya that is roasted lighter which I can send but you'd need to pay additional $5 for the El Salv as it is a more expensive specialty coffee.
