Update from OP: "After consideration, I'm going to return the purchase in good-faith to the store."

I just purchased one each for my brother and myself.

Brand new kits, with full local manufacturer warranty. The attached photo is one of my kit.

Local delivery for me was $15, but I picked them up anyway.

They have more stock.

I have purchased from this shop before and highly recommend them.

      I just picked up two kits from their store, and there were a couple of more waiting for pickup on shelf. Was told more stock at the back.

    just called them, price error, website guy away at the moment and they cant fix it, sounds flustered, getting a lot of phone calls, supposed to be $999 …

    Oh well, I did all the checks including buying kits to ensure it was real.

    Even called them to check price and reserve items after seeing it on their site, prior to going in to pickup.

    so sorry, i work at the store, this is defintely an error, unfortunately our web support are away, we are doing our best to get this rectified as soon as possible, normal price for this is $1299, we have recently had on sale for $1050 though and can still honour this

    Bhphoto is selling body only for US $799.
    $299 with kit is crazy price.

      Sadly the store rep has already said they won't be honoring the price… OP got lucky. The sales staff got unlucky… will prob get scolded pretty badly.

    hi all
    once again, apologies for this error, our online shop still requires a final manual check before sending out so if any of you have attemted purchase we will of course give you a full refund immediately
    one unit was accidently sold t this price in store by a new staff member, we have since had it pulled down from our site, we are unfortunately not able to honour any sales (online or otherwise) on this.
