Discount Airfare Prices/Specials

Hi all, first post long time lurker so please be gentle. There are many websites out there that can be accessed for best airfares as well as companies own sites that send out there specials but is there a site or a method to find the really cheap fares that are offered from time to time without inputting every date in individual sites? eg. recently there was a Tiger special to Singapore for $99.00. If I has searched WebJet or similar, it would never show that super discount fare so you would need to input nearly every day of the 2 month flight offer to find the $99.00 fare.

Hope this makes sense as I am even confusing myself.

    I think each site adds their take on to the price of the fare. Webjet used to have a deal finder that listed the prices by month. This now only has the more expensive companies listed. Once you get Flight numbers and a departure time, you can contact Flight Centre or similar. They have had a policy of matching or beating a flight by $5 or $10. They can also check the flight price and availability across a time period.

    Adioso links you directly to the airline website. So I don't see how they take a cut?

    STA travel are usually about $40 cheaper than airlines direct.
