I would think this is normal price for a Physical copy of the game. As others said digital is cheaper and you can combine with PS3 to get cross buy.

In addition to the comments above - note the download is small like on other platforms. Full game is under 200mb, so there's really little reason to pick this one up in retail form. Digi-download all the way for this one - and free if you already have the title on PS3 :)
