Just received my order from Pacific Brands and there were two items short. Rang the company and was told that refunds were not issued automatically you have to contact them to arrange a refund on short delivered items. So those of you that ordered and did not receive the full order ring them on 1800 633 185 to arrange a refund.
The last order I did was one item short but I did not get a refund. So this is their way of increasing revenue without sending out stock????
I ordered 3 times from them in the past and never received short orders, likely your case is just a slip up.

They sent me an email a 2days after I ordered and did a partial refund cos they ran out of my size. I received the money back in my paypal within minutes
I had 2xT-shirts in my size they had run out of and refunded me the money straight away as well. It took the total to under the required $30 for free delivery but still got free delivery anyway.
That seems bizarre to me…
Are you saying that they told you that stuff that they did not deliver and do not intend to ever deliver they do not automatically refund but wait for a complaint?

that's exactly right, I order 5 items. They only sent 2. I have not been notified about a refund or why items are missing.
The previous time I ordered with them, 1 item was missing. But i was notified via email and refunded automatically and promptly.
I still haven't received my order from 3 weeks ago….
First order 1 item short. No advice on refund and the number provided was extremely busy (waited 42 min).
No credit issued to PayPal account. This second order I rang as soon as it arrived short.
My last order was received in full. I was trying to order again but sizes were out of stock. Good to know about the service. I would push for a refund.
