  • Yes, free is the norm in Education, it seems.

Lotsa free (optionally, but at no extra cost, extendable, ie, just a change of format required, not price) textbooks here:

    • cK12.org OR cK-12.org

Now, if you want to watch video lectures, take a Free MOOC, eg, via app Coursera or via EdX.org (& theree are lots more).

KhanAcademy.org has video tutorials & even a new feature, to encourage folks to go on to university.

As long as you can read & understand English (or other MOOC languages), there's no reason NOT to educate yourself, to some degree.

    • Of course, an unlimited Internet - for anyone tk use for Education, free of charge - would be nice.

Each neighborhood should have cost-free Internet available for self-educatkon, IMO. Maybe somewhat restricted access to just say MOOCs & current events feeds (ie, so the free Internet wouldn't be abused…) would be good, to start with.

Graduates of some courses could be rewarded with more open Internetr access, later.
