I purchased a Pure One Mi Digital Radio from Dick Smith online back on 22/09/14
Just under 4 weeks later I sent a email to them asking where my item was or if it had been posted.
They immediately gave me a refund via Paypal. Has anyone had the same experience?
It was a bargain with a code but there is no point using up codes with them if you just get a refund.

Yes happens, a search on here should have found examples of similar occurrences. Not much you can do but buy from a different retailer if its an item you really want / need.
