Game-mart requires new customers to send in scanned ID before releasing the key (at least, as of last Friday night).
To me, having to send a random internet website my drivers license or whatever is worth more than a couple of dollars :)

Didn't happen to me when I bought from them last Wednesday. Key came within 20 mins of their opening hours. First time I had used them.
Yeah, I thought not - because he posted a deal on here and nobody complained in the comments. By friday, he was asking for ID.
He gave me a refund, though - wasn't a negative experience, really.
There is a certain small amount of trust when buying with Nuuvem, and definitely no chance of stolen cd keys, but its up to you where you buy it
Also a general lack of support or customer assistance from all those reseller sites
I bought from Nuuvem last week and had the key instantly. Oh and it's such a great game!
I've purchased a couple game from them before with no issues so i wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Cheaper here and here by a fair margin.
They also both activate fine on Steam, I've used both before.
