Recently picked some up at COTD, use a coupon or referral for the best deal. Otherwise eBay, but you run the risk of getting fake ones.

What is the difference between the 3 other than one comes with 2 replacement brushes?
I don't understand why the higher version have a AA battery equivalent.
I've got a AA dual head version, rarely see them in the stores, but do now and then. They usually sell for under $20.
The batteries mean brushing last for a long time, its easier to travel as its smaller and also doesn't have a charge stand.
Like strikezebra asked, which one is the better one out of the 3? Just about to go and buy my first electric brush.
I wonder if I should get an electric over manual, never used one
