Groupon Imax Melbourne Deal please help

So I purchased 2 tickets to iMax in Melbourne a few weeks ago and the tickets were due to expire today. They were in my account a few days ago was planning to use them tonight and luckily I checked before hand because they are now missing no previous purchases whatsover. I called at 4.30pm today spoke with some 'customer service rep' from God knows where and they claimed to have sent it to my email… Still nothing an hour later so I called back gave them the correct details email address everything and still nothing. Is there anything I can do? So annoyed should have stayed clear from Groupon. The movie we wanted to watch is at 9.30 so we still have time.

    When I login to my Groupon account, all of my old Groupons including expired are there and I can still download the PDFs. Are you sure you are logged in to the correct account?

    Also, every time you purchase a Groupon they email you the voucher along with a link to the voucher. Do you have the original email?

  • Neil is right you can check that ( email or Pdf on your groupons purchased)

  • Unfortunately I can't log into my email I know how shifty that sounds but I forgot my password. :( I stuffed up grrr

  • But I've purchased 1 other Groupon and as of the other day it did still show up as expired as I had already used it but today it's nowhere to be found and yes 100% I'm in the correct account.
