  After paying through paypal, waited my item to arrive for more than 3 weeks but nothing has happened yet.

  Wrote at least 10 emails and 'contact us' forms, only got few replies with excuses like items got lost by auspost, now out of stock, will send next week + bonus or items been already sent?!

  In FAQ section, they have impressively written like "we focus on resolving your issue in a professional and friendly manner." by avoiding phone services and insisting to communicate through email or 'contact us'. In my case, I feel left out or ignored as they hardly respond to my emails. There is no professionalism or friendlyness anywhere expresscomputercare.com.au

  They left me no choice than to escalate a paypal dispute which obviously they haven't CARED to respond yet. I'm planning to take help from consumer protection act or mates if you have any suggestions please let me know.

    @lessismore: I am in the same boat; paid by bpay, and no delivery and no response to contacts.

    My bank is initiating a recall of the funds, which is dependent on them agreeing.

    In the meantime, here's what I've gleaned:
    * registrant for the domain owner is Fady Makar
    * ABN associated with the domain registration is 68 420 653 521
    * doing an ABN lookup[0] tells me the ABN was cancelled on 06 Jan 2009
    * using whitepages[1], I see an address of 1420 Canterbury Rd, Punchbowl NSW 2196 and a phone number of (02) 9790 0456
    * going to google maps, I can see his store:

    Make of that what you will. I plan to call him tomorrow and query my order.

  Same here. I have not received the item after 3 weeks. I emailed them and they said they had already posted the item (which was over a week ago).The case is now with Paypal's resolution centre. Might be a good idea for other complainants as well to refer to this webpage when dealing with Paypal.

  @DeepDreamer - thank you for digging out this notorious seller, was helpful. Through google maps the shop view is seen exactly, unfortunately I reside in WA or would prefer to visit. As the seller has canceled ABN, it's more suspicious now.

  My paypal claim is awaiting seller's response but no response. @Khinebo - It would be a good idea to submit this page to paypal, will do it.

  Hi all! I just got an email from paypal telling that investigation concluded into my side. Thanks to paypal for the quick refund.

  ExpressComputerCare.com is a total fraud and loser. Alert everyone - never ever buy from them again.
