Titanfall

Crafted by one of the co-creators of Call of Duty and other key developers behind the Call of Duty franchise, Titanfall is among the most highly anticipated games of 2014, having been shrouded in mystery for nearly three years. The visionaries at Respawn have drawn inspiration from their proven experience in first-person action gaming, and are building on that pedigree by taking a new approach to game design and creating an all-new universe with Titanfall.

  • FAST-PACED ADVANCED COMBAT
The advanced combat techniques of Titanfall give you the freedom to fight your way as both elite assault Pilot and fast, heavily armored Titan.

"The Titan moves with speed and grace normally reserved for general infantry and handles like an extension of the Pilot himself, holding a weapon in a first-person view." - Game Informer

  • THE FUTURE OF ONLINE MULTIPLAYER
Introducing the experience that combines fast-paced multiplayer action with the dramatically charged moments of a cinematic universe.

"A next-generation competitive multiplayer title that blurs the lines between traditional online shooters and single-player campaign." - Game Informer

  • 48 HOURS Game Time

Internet is full of free trials

  • +1

KoA and other long RPGs are great for free trials. They know no one will beat the game in that time, and if they like it they will buy it. If they don't, EA didn't lose anything anyway.

  • +5

Would take me 48 hrs to download.

    • True. Guys, be aware it's a 48Gb download!! Unless they do some trickery on this trial

    • It will take another 48 hrs to find a game on the server.

      • it's a lot better now, more new players

    • You can download 1 GB per hour? You on ISDN or something?

      • Nope ADSL2 + - it was more an exaggeration. It would take me a long time though at 2.5mbs.

  • Origin? No wonder this thing tanked.

    • To be fair they would have at least doubled their sales if they didn't accept Microsoft's cash for exclusivity.

      • Tripled without Origin. Wait. I mean quintupled :3

  • Isn't Origin's usual "Free to play" rules not 48 of in game time, but 48 hours after first start up?

    • That's how it was last time at least.
