I bought one of those ZTE Pulse mobiles a few months ago from Harvey Norman for $18. Awesome bargain.
Sadly I dropped the phone today and the screen is smashed. I'm really annoyed with myself.
Does anybody know of another cheap Android bargain for under $20? I can't find anything in the usual places.

Me and a friend ordered one each too. No more available and listing is gone. The seller also had a 32gb version which doesn't exist…. definitely seems a bit dodgy. worth a shot tho. $20 1+1 vs 20mins of mucking around getting paypal refund.
edit: email address is pretty suspect too.

Sorry all of you but this is clearly dodgy. You're completely wasting your time. This is not worth any shot. Is an exercise in testing out eBay/PayPal's refund policy.

Only problem is before we can initiate a dispute through paypal we need to give enough time for the package to "arrive" since he marked it as sent (for me at least) before the listing was pulled.
I like how some people here are so freely willingly to gamble their money on something that's most likely dodgy. but if it was an out of stock or price error at a store like DSE, people complain, whinge and want compensation for the 5mins and effort lost in clicking a few buttons.
Paypal is not a gamble for the buyer.
