Hi everyone!
The magical cherry season is here once again!
My friend and I our planning to take our families out for cherry picking (I'm sure some of you are planning as well). I have been to one in Wombat (Young) NSW and it was really good experience (including free entry!). However, friend has a 3yo so we don't want to drive too far from sydney, so we decided to go towards Orange direction this time.
So far i have looked online and found Hillside orchard and Stockman's ridge orchard in that area, has anyone been there before? Are there any more interesting cherry farms around that are not on the web?
From reviews, Stockmans ridge sounds nice, they charge $5 a pop for entry and $10 a kilo but offers 5 varieties of cherries, good view and wine tasting. They even have crops update on their website so its something :D
