Qantas Mall is better value if you intend to redeem the points for flights. If not, cash rewards is better value.
Cashback is not payable on the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Cashback is payable on all other Apple Online Store products with the exception of gift cards

Depends, how often are you already getting Qantas points and are you aiming for certain number of points? If not then cash rewards is probably better.
