I'm needing to upgrade to NBN and was looking at AusBBS 25/5 Mbps Unlimited - $69.85 / mo.
Is anyone here using them? What is their performance and service like?
I'm keen to move across and would like some reassurance!

For those who use AusBBS, how are their customer service? Is it easily accessible? Are they competent? I can't seem to find any feedback on this company but I am quite interested in the unlimited + line rental on-net plan they are offering…
I mean $59.75/mth for unlimited is damn cheap…
I ended up sticking with Internode, so cannot give any advice on AusBBS.

Cheers mate, planning on switching to AusBBS since I'm paying internode $99.99 for 200GB… rather pay AusBBS $85 for unlimited if they were good.
