Pre-Christmas Sunglass Hut Family & Friends discount of up to 40% off.

This is the offer that was given to staff members and has infinite use. You may be able to go in store and redeem it, but probably not as you are supposed to hand in one of the perforated vouchers that are sent off by the head office. Buying the pair online is the easiest bet to guarantee it works, just go in to the store and try them on then get them to order the pair online using the code!!

  • They were also given their annual 50% off 5 pairs of sunglasses and 50% off polarised sunglasses.

They are unique to each employee and can't be distributed to the public - all for one time use. To get in on that, be really nice and friendly - talk to a staff member and find someone who has spare spots on their 5 pair list and if they're willing to let you buy a pair within it.

This offer is available in store and also online and runs from the 5th November to the 30th of November.
There are the usual exclusions but it covers almost everything.

I'd buy any Maui Jim over everything (except maybe persol) discountable here anyday ;P

      This promo is for staff, so really you're not entitled to the discount. Plus the last promo for the public with the same discounts only ended like a week ago, you missed that?

        Staff were given the vouchers, but since they won't use it as they have 10 pairs at 50% off to get, these are usually just handed out to anyone who the staff members like - whether it be friends (wholl probably buy within the 50% thing) or random customers who are nice enough to them. Usually the latter.

      Go into store and get a refund for the pair You have 30 days and they should be fine with it.

      Then either:

      • get them to order the same pair online using the FF5 code for you (i suggest you do this for mutual happiness)

      • or if they don't comply, go home and buy the same pair online with the FF5 code.

      Make sure you take the SKU number (pairs internal ID number) down thats on the receipt just in case they don't want to order it themselves. Find the pair online and order it using the code.

      Sometimes searching the sku search doesn't work which is stupid. Is it a pair of rb aviators by any chance?

      To find it you'll have to:

      • do it the long way going through the brand page and finding it. Make sure you get the right size (58 is normal size for aviators) and the polarised version (do yourself a favor).

      • or call up a store and get them to search your pair in the system - find out the model number and then find it online.

      There are very few pairs that aren't featured online so just in case it's not there, youll have to go instore. For pretty much everything most people want itll be online.

    I did a search for aviators as well but couldnt find the one Im after. It's available in stores but then i cant get the discount :(

      Is it the size 55 gold framed, polarised bronze lens aviator? That's one of the few pairs that's online in store as it's a limited release with the titanium frame.

      You could just take the picture of the voucher into a store and get it there. they should comply, order the pair in from another store if they don't have it and give you the discount. They should even be able to send it directly to your place if you pay for it prior.

    Its a size 58 gold framed with blue lens (non polarised) for $199

      Is it the blue reflective lens? or just the blue colour? because the gold frame with blue coloured lens is a new pair that came out recently which is a pretty wicked pair and i'm certain thats not on the online store yet.

      The SKU number 318217 is quite an older sku. They are up to 373xxx right now. So that style would be a few years old.

        Thanks for the reply. It is - these ones as an example, http://www.sunglasshut.com/au/805289218746# . Price was $319 down to $255 before any code (thats 20% less). When I put FF5, the price stays at $255 without reducing either 30% from $255 or from $319.

          you have to remove any previous codes as it will continue to automatically apply them.

          Reason being, the stores and workers have their own individual codes for online customer orders and having it continually apply until you remove it works best. THat's why they want you to get them to order for you as the grunts get the credit for it as opposed to no one. Please help them out and get them to FF5 order it for you. It's something small and is no less inconvenient to you.

          I do, but because its for staff and it has a unique code for each staff member, it has to be under my name and used by me specifically (they're really strict on that)

          If you want, tell me specifically what pair you desire, i can put that through using my voucher and send it to your address. I'd just need to get the money off you somehow. We then have the dilemma of trust and whether i'll deliver. Where in oz do you live?
