  If you gave me those as bday gift or something, I would say "thank you" followed by "wtf is wrong with you". Most of those are rubbish for most people.

  I am always in a bit of a dilemma over the quality of the budget items on ebay, do I get the cheapest item on there, or look for one that is clearly not the same, more expensive and hopefully better quality?

  eg. microusb cables. There are heaps of sellers on ebay selling these for $1 delivered. I would actually pay more, say $3 for a better quality one. I could buy the $3 ones on ebay, but how do I know that the $3 ones are better quality than the $1 ones? Hence the dilemma.

  Perhaps, if people could post links to cheap items that are of reasonable quality that they have bought themselves, that would be good.

  I got a screen protector for the Xperia Z, where it was bundled with a case. It does not like keys very well - as it was easily scratched.

  Is it worth the $1?

  Maybe.
  Just don't leave the phone and the keys in the same pocket.

  I once ordered 5-10 super cheap Hello Kitty phone cases, individually, to be delivered to a mate. He had a hard time explaining to work/missus all of his unusual deliveries.
