ASOS Issue! Return Problem!

Hey guys,

So I recently went on a shopping frenzy on the ASOS online sale and purchased the wrong size ( Medium instead of large) for around 6 piece of clothing. So I quickly went online and selected same day courier pick up( before 1 pm) and accidentally did it twice.
I have two questions:

1) On the return website it says "Please note only one parcel per ASOS order can be returned in this booking". does that mean I can only return one item out of the 6 that are wrong?

2) The courier still hasnt come and picked up the clothing and this is the 2nd day!

PLS HELP ME OUT! really worried

    1. No. One PARCEL. It's saying that you cannot return half the items now, and then the other half later.

    2. Call the courier company? Contact ASOS?

    Having ASOS Premier, I once had to request a return 5 times before they came. Other than that it has been good every time.

    Email ASOS about it, they have awesome customer service usually.

      Yep! I called the courier service up and they werent aware it hadnt been picked up. So hopefully they come tomorrow!
      Do you have ASOS' email addresss? I cannot seem to find it anywhere

        Have you tried looking in the 'Help' section? While there isn't a direct email address, there's a contact form.
