I believe I may have to submit a claim for an item which I purchased from ebay using paypal. Its not expensive, however seller is not responding to messages and item has not been sent.
I was just looking at ebay and they have a Money Back Guarantee. They state that if you log a dispute with paypal then you can not with ebay which makes sense but my question is which do you think it would be easier to deal with ebay or paypal?
Has anyone ever used the ebay money back guarantee?
eBay can't get your money back if you have paid via Bank Deposit. PayPal can get your money back if you raise a valid dispute.
