I bought these some weeks ago for the same price, I don't think they're really on sale except that you don't have to pay delivery which is around $25 I guess. Can't tell you how good they are as I haven't travel yet but seem very good for that price, maybe not Samsonite but $99 is a bargain.

Forgot to mention that before buying them I was seeing luggage at BigW and Kmart, I coulnd't find anything better than this and for same price or lower. If you're looking for cheap and "apparantly" descent luggage this is an excellent choice.

I can't comment on these as I don't own them, but I'll comment anyway. :-P Luggage is always going to get banged up when it's in the hands of other, so why bother spending $$$ on brand names for basic functionality. Spend $ on a cheap set like these, and replace it for a new shiny cheap set after 10 longhaul O/S trips if need be.
This set checks all the boxes…
    Cheap- check
    Hard case- check
    4x spinners- check
    TSA locks- check
    Lightweight- check
    Sturdy handle- presume so
Ridiculous colours nobody wants to steal- check

You'll regret buying the cheap luggage when the zip splits or the handle falls off on the first leg of your journey. I used to be a baggage handler when I was in uni and things like that happened very frequently.

Ah, the marketing geniuses at team Kogan thought you'd ask that!

Quality YKK Zippers for long-term durability
The YKK Group is the largest manufacturer of zips in the world. With their high quality zips, you won’t have to deal with the frustration of torn, broken or jammed zips on your holiday. The interior of the cases features zippable partitions, enabling easy organisation of luggage, while deluxe tie-down straps provide additional support for your clothing during travel.

I've had a handle fall out of a Tosca brand from a store. It could happen to any one. Pretty sure no warranty is going to cover any accidental or deliberate damage unless the handle falls off before you purchased/received it and removed the tags. :-P

  • better look and quality than kmart or big w. even you get 3 than only 2.

    Is this luggage Venice-approved?

  • I just realised in the picture the $99 one doesn't have a handle on the side. Is this true?

  • Darn. Missed this. When is the next sale ?
