Ok, so I bought the Dealbucks + Movie Voucher. First time I bought anything with this mob.
Every night, I checked my emails and profile account and I haven't received the Dealbucks nor the Movie Tickets. However I looked at my account just now and the vouchers, I bought two, are "marked as used". But I still haven't got the Dealbucks nor the Tickets. Anyone having the same issue? Is this how the vouchers work?
a merchant recently marked mine as used before I even booked. I contacted them and they said it was still valid. I guess they wanted to get paid early, but the difficulty is that after a while you can no longer print those vouchers if they've been marked used. I'm not happy they can access those details without even hearing from you . the redemption code etc should be secret and only given by the customer, not on a master list. I felt I had to book straight away even though I wasn't quite ready.
The movie vouchers are in my account now. Strange this setup
