Same price as click frenzy. I bought 5 pairs during click frenzy and they are shipping them 1 at a time. Seriously annoying.
Same here. Ordered 6 pairs and now they are being delivered one at a time. Sooner or later I will miss a few deliveries and will then have to collect at the post office.
Had to make a few trips to toll. The couriers don't leave at the post office.
Their customer service is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes from the last sale and got the confirmation, but my order never showed up, I checked with them and got told that my order was cancelled because the pair of shoes I bought was damaged.
They didn't have the decency to notify me of the cancellation.

My click frenzy order wasnt cancelled and I received my order within days after ordering. No issues at all.
Same here. They are so comfortable I tried to get another pair with this deal but unfortunately out of stock now.
Yeah me too, very happy with my purchases. However, I noticed that there are size differences with the made in china and made in italy ones. Made in China ones are a size larger.

Not sure I'd order from them again online. Bought a pair at one of the stores and ordered another online the other day. Same model shoe but different build showed up, and so far no reply from the customer service team as to why the model build suddenly changed without notification (website still showing old model pic).
Just to add to the other guys comments, there are some real bargains because the shoes are of a good quality However the customer service is terrible. If you buy multiple pairs beware, they will come one pair at a time, with no manifest/picking slip so you have no idea where or when the others are and give you no warning they will be delivered on that day. Online fulfillment area is really lacking in this day and age. Great shoes though.
Could be worse though, they could send one shoe ay a time…..
