A quick note to all. The Plug and Play unit comes with a magnetic arial which some report may cause damage to the car paint. Not sure if directly this model though, but still a good deal.
That'S why you should always put a piece of cloth or tea towel between the car and magnet. It happens on all magnetic based antennas.

These guys are really slack. Finally got through to speak to someone. They said they had a major backlog and the orders havent even been processed yet ( 1 week after payment ). Seriously ???

Update : got email from them. 1st issue has been posted out but UHF Radio still being processed by warehouse
Just called, 8am Qld time 16 Dec. Has been processed but still with Aus Post in transit. No tracking number. Hope that helps others that need an update
For those of you that haven't yet received your radio, don't hold your breath for it any time soon. Apparently their allocation was completely exhausted and they are waiting for the next shipment…. which is due the end of January… Sounds as though a lot more than the first 50 got this deal, or they just didn't have the stock to match the deals they were advertising.
Have organised a refund. The price was a great deal but I'm not waiting another 6 weeks to see if it turns up, then have to try and organise a refund then.
i am still waiting as well. i bought 1 for myself and 1 as a gift. the price is good enough to wait for i guess, but it's a little annoying.
update: still haven't received mine, even though they said it was with australia post. hard to get a hold of. still waiting it out, see how it goes

just called 8am qld time, they are on backorder of 100+ radios and they are expecting a shipment in this week or next, and they will send out to everyone. i'm confident we'll get them in early Feb
