[Steam] 95% off Defy Gravity Extended, US $0.14

530

Has Steam Trading Cards!

Defy Gravity Extended is reduced to US$0.14 on Steam but sale only last for another 32 hours so be quick. Interestingly this game has Steam Trading Cards which, prior to the sale, would sell for US $0.20-$0.34 each. All that aside, the game isn't too bad - 88% on Steam reviews.

Edit: It seems more people than I anticipated like the cards, so another would be Bad Rats: the Rats' Revenge which is on sale for US $0.19, it drops 3 cards which sell for about US $0.08-$0.10 each.

Can use this search, hope the link works, to help find cheap deals on Steam whic also have Trading Cards.

Came to AU$0.13 for me :P

My account has always been USD, and I threw plenty of credit on when USD was weak.

I think I'll try Defy Gravity.

      You're having delusions of grandeur.

      I tried that once.

      Gravity won.

      • That's why does it in a vacuum :)

I have Defy Gravity which I have never downloaded or played, what are the additional features in gravity extended that I dont get with the vanilla one that I have?

    • +1

What you have already, and haven't played, plus moar!!1

    • Probably just the Trading Cards ……….

At worst it would just be a game you start and alt+tab while waiting for card drops.

Do you gets point for idling in Steam games or something?

        • @P.Sherman: Card drops.

  • +2

Trading card value has gone way down since this went on sale, looking at around 5 or 6 cents a card after Steam tax (I managed 18 cents total for my 3)

    • That's like getting the game for free :)

  • Interestingly this game has Steam Trading Cards which, prior to the sale, would sell for US $0.20-$0.34 each. All that aside, the game isn't too bad - 88% on Steam reviews.

I think you meant to say $0.10 - $0.14 each. Even the foils only went for ~$0.20

    • Semantics :)

      • Semantics?

Perhaps you should pick up a dictionary and look up the meaning of that word :P

        • Ah, one of those nit picking types, I guess I can indulge this once.

Semantics is the systematic study of linguistic word meanings and their inflections, so my wording is appropriate but you fail to see the context. When I was selling some cards they were been bought at $0.20 plus & actioned at up to $1.00, hence I said "prior to the sale" without giving specific dates as people are capable of doing their own research.

Reading my previous response I realise how someone with the time and that special way of thinking could interpret my speedy sentence as a terribly flawed fact designed to lure the unwary, one which requires immediate correction before a flood of people buy this game and the damage is irreparable.

My deepest apologies if I've suckered anyone into buying this 14 cent game, I didn't intentionally lie about the copious amounts of cash one could make by selling back the trading card, my ignorance made me stupid.

Now I've been exposed my shame has no bounds, I shall go and sharpen my blade at once ……. seppuku awaits.

        • I'm gonna go list some bargain and say PRIOR PRICE WAS $599, NOW ONLY $5.

I will fail to mention that the prior price was 15 years ago because that's clearly irrelevant on a bargain website as people should just do their own research.

        • @kamoi: I was only doing a bit of (for the most part) humorous trolling, a satire one could say :D

  • I bought Bad Rats, turns out Defy Gravity was already hanging around in my account.

Wow, Bad Rats it such a terrible game!

      • lol, I thought that myself :)
