I'm travelling with some friends and friendly from Sydney to Byron Bay and beyond for the festive season, but have decided I'd like to extend for somewhere along the coast for an extra 5-7 days at the start of Jan.
Anyone got any recommendations for good resorts by the water on the mid or north coast of NSW that may have vacancies at this late stage? We won't need too many activities - just a relaxing setting, good food and somewhere for a two year old to splash about and play.
