Has anyone received their eventcinema evoucher from the previous $13 bucks deal? I have checked my email through out and could not locate anything, what was the email displayed as for the guys who did get it, cause I might do a search that way…
I have contacted them but was referee back to living social. It hard getting thought to them and they have exceptionally bad customer service, anyone had luck getting their tickets?

I have checked spam, junk and the rest before this post, experience this told me the tickets get passed onto living social then to us which I think is odd, giving them the living social details also does nothing.
I have not received mine either, and when I checked on my Living Social account last night, it said that my tickets had been used on 26th November - but I definitely haven't used them!! Don't know how I'm going to prove it though.
Ok update from me - called LS this morning (no trouble getting through) and told them my issue; they said that 'marked as used by merchant' actually just means that the merchant has marked it as processed by them (so why use that wording?). It was unusual that I hadn't received my vouchers though, so they are checking it and should resend them within 24 hours.
