      You're not registered for GST, you can't add it to your prices.

      As the ATO explains:

      If you are not registered or required to be registered for GST, you don't include GST in the price of your sales and you can't claim credits for any GST included in the price of your purchases, even if they are for your business.

      I didn't realise you are providing misleading prices where it is illegal to not include or not state GST.

      You have openly admitted to this here on OzBargain that you advertise without including or stating GST (stored for reference) but do supposedly charge 10% GST (stored for reference):
