One tube does two of my <20kg dogs, I just use a 1mL pipette to ensure correct dosage. Cheapest I could find atm.

Revolution is a topical application applied once a month to the back of the neck. Revolution is great for treatment, control and prevention of flea infestations killing adult fleas, flea eggs and flea larve. It also prevents heartworm and ear mites & Treats & controls Sarcoptic mange.

I find revolution not that effective, any random investigation on my dog would return a handful of fleas. I used comfortis this month and my dog is virtually empty of fleas.
Our experience has been the opposite. Have been using Revolution for a few years now, with no problems whatsoever. Prior to that we'd tried everything on the market and the most effective of those only lasted 2 to 3 weeks.
Having floppy-eared dogs, a big plus for us was that the constant ear scratching from mites also stopped, and we no longer have to fork out for a separate heartworm medication.
This is a good price …. paid $103 at my local place last week, which is usually the cheapest around here, and that was for the next size down.
We also split the dose. We just use a syringe to measure it out. We HAD found the 'dose per kg' that is readily available on the net, and were using that for a short time, but found its efficacy to be marginal, so now simply use the dose that would normally be contained in the appropriate sized tubes for their weight ie, dog that is 6kg gets the dose that would normally be in the 5 to 10kg size.
I switched over to Comfortis and found it the most effective of all flea treatments. I was able to drop treatments in the winter as well, which I could never do on the others.
Not a bad price for Revolution. I considered it, but didn't go for it in the last purchase since it doesn't cover paralysis ticks as well. :( Keep in mind if you want that cover and aren't already using something for it.
I buy Revolution from this site - it's the cheapest I can find anywhere, and sometimes they have extra 10-15% off deals. Really quick postage too - I ususally get it a couple of days later and I'm WA (I think they are in QLD).
