When you go to create account ensure you change the country to the Australia, then you will be able to put in the proper Australian address. Hope this helps!
I had a similar problem on the initial screen but as I progressed through the screens and got to the shipping menu when selecting Australia then Victoria was an option.

I was just branching out with my posting. But I wooden have expected more from you kfuerza.
They look great - but because of the way we 'go through' sunglasses by losing them and breaking them - I will stick to my plastic 'look-alikes' from AliExpress for US$7 delivered. I paid US$5 when they were 'on sale' and purchased three pairs.

didn't have problem with state when ordering but my order has changed to Order Status: Awaiting Fulfillment, hope this doesn't mean its been ozbargained and now have to wait even longer before they ship them
