Bose QC 25's - checking if worth it and price I found

Wondering if anyone has used their QC25's and if they are worth the upgrade from QC15's

Think I have found a hifi store in Sydney that is having a 1 day sale later on this week where I can get them for $309 brand new.

They also have free delivery on for orders over $300. Just saw the 10% discount and the free postage on their home page.
