Car Window Socks (ie material shades which pull over the car doors)?

I saw these on someone's car and now am trying to find them. :)

One friend recommended I check Autobarn.
I also checked ebay (Shevron Window Socks about $47 including postage, rear window(s) only).

I'm in Victoria … are there any other places or similar products people might suggest?

(I've seen the ones that stick on using suction cups, and they've tend to fall off … also the ones which unfold and sort of fit into the frame, but they usually don't cover some areas of the window)

Thanks for reading this :)

This eBay seller is offering them for $19 and cash on pickup in Melbourne:

You can also get the suction cap collapsible types - but it's probably best to look for them in-store, even at Big W/Kmart or perhaps try Bunnings.

  • try baby stores mate, otherwise +1 to inherentchoices ideas!

  • Wow, thanks guys :)

    • We bought ours at BigW. If you have a full door frame (ie not like the Subaru's which don't have a door frame at the top of the window, you are able to wind the window down, and still have the sock on the door. Really good idea!

      • I tried our local BigW but did not see them … I might look again :)

  • Yeah I saw they're $14.95 at my local Kmart in the auto section next to the reflective windscreen visors/sunshades.

  • Thanks guys :) I ended up getting some from Big W. Also just under $18 and I am very happy :)
