Have you ever called Sony CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Hi guys,
I just want to know from your exp about Sony CS, I tried to contact them via email regarding MDR-ZX750BN Bluetooth connection to my window 7 notebook.
They asked to call to below number.

"Please call them at: (800) 222-7669 or (239) 768-7669 Int'l. They are available Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM ET (Midnight), Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET."

I tried to call from my mobile and everyone should understand if this is centralized cs they should provide country code and area code properly. At the end I have to google it to find out what is ET AND WHICH COUNTRY THIS STANDARD TIME. FLORIDA!!! And I'm in SYDNEY. Hello?
For short, I called them and they end up got no driver for this Bluetooth for window7, and from youtube someone successfully connect it to window 8 (windows got the driver). Yet the CS said as this is BOGOF product, it's cheap and it's in product disclosure stated that there is a probably could not connect to your device via Bluetooth.
He was surprised that I said I could connect to my iPhone yet not my dell notebook.
And I was the third person called him regarding about this matter.

As far as I know Sony is not a CHEAP STUFF, Don't try to say it's cheap as its on special event BOGOF. RRP IS ABOVE $200 in Australia.
So FYI, don't expect a lot after sales from Sony head office , better deal it with our own retailer as they will give us their service.

not 100% sure what the point of this post was.
and, if you send a email to their american customer service centre… expect to be given their american phone number…

    Hello back

any (800) numbers should tell you, without Google, that it's a US number, our toll free numbers start with 1800. Also just dialling that number on it's own wouldn't get thru, so you would have had to dial 00111 first. At that point without Google you should have known it was international. BTW our Eastern time starts with AEST or AEDT

Anyway DrStinge has given you the clue, call the Australian Customer Service and let us know if they can tell you more than "have a nice day"

I sent them email that I found from Sony website, not sure why US CS the one reply my email (oz once have no email?)
Any 800 number won't give me any clue if without google.
Profesional way to let global customers know their number they should provide their country code and area (ex. Airlines etc)
