Need a favour.
Helping my girl friend to find her son a brand new iPhone 5s unlocked, ideally in gold, for Xmas present.

          All iPhones are wifi + cellular. Must be thinking of iPads :)

          Also as a young person 16GB is pretty much nothing by the time you take some photos, download some apps and load up some music.

          I highly recommend 32GB if you can afford it.

          i was confused. you are correct. friend was after the iphone, whilst zi am getting myself ipads.

    I bought a as new 64GB in black for around $600 on eBay. Great buying now that it's 'yesterdays phone'. Was $1149 new 12 months ago from memory.

      Wow. i have always been either receiving a free iphone 5 for work or join plan. never realised the phone is so expensive outright. Saw the girl in phone shop upgraded her phone to iphone6, and try to donate it to the shop. the shop keeper pointed her to the recycle bin for her iphone. Ooh… what a waste!

        Haha I haven't heard that one before. iPhones are pretty good at retaining their value and still fetch decent prices on eBay years after they are outdated. For example, an iPhone 4 is still fetching over $100 on eBay. Not a bad investment when you can still recoup some of your money in a few years time.
