It appears that DigiDirect has their BOGOF on their 16GB Extreme SD cards, but have been nice enough to extend the offer to receive a 16GB Extreme SD with any 16GB or larger Extreme series card (ie SD, MicroSD, CF).
Remember you need to spend $99 for free shipping, so if you are near a store I would recommend heading in store. I have linked the best value option but feel free to share any alternatives that you think are worthy buys.

The small print.
You must purchase a Sandisk Extreme 16Gb card or bigger to qualify for this offer. You can purchase any type of card, be it SD, Compact Flash or microSD, but your bonus card will always be 16GB SD card.
Bear in mind that these SD card has mediocre read/write speed and not really suitable for higher end mirrorless/DSLR to maximize the burst/buffer/transfer rate.
