Sony RX100 Mark III + 64GB Card, Grip and Screen Protector. $749.95 + $9.95 Delivery or in Store @ Ted's

61

Cheapest I've seen for this camera.

With free bonuses.

JB are offering a $150 JB voucher instead of the card, grip and screen protector so you could try price match if you didn't want the grip and card. The JB I tried could only go down to $795. (So effectively making it a $105 voucher I suppose)

$738 from Diamonds Camera and Camera Store in Adelaide. I've been looking it over for the last week unable to decide whether to get the RX100 iii or the Canon G7X.

  • Prices are coming down, that's good. 64GB card is a nice bonus.

    grip

Why would you need a grip on such a small & light camera? Defeats the purpose of having a pocket-able camera

It's a bit difficult to hold this tiny camera.
The grip is just a small anti slip plastic bit attached to the camera - like a sticker.

  • thanks i ordered one, will pick up next Tue in Sydney. Merry X'mas :)

  • I was able to price match at JB HIFI and get the $150 voucher instead of the accessory kit. In fact, JBHIFI and Harvey Norman are excluded from the Sony offer but the $150 voucher was more than enough to make up for it. This is because the camera comes with a $30 voucher which you can use to buy a grip and screen protector from Sony (total cost for both is $38 so you really only pay $8 extra).

    • Yep was going to reply with this, when I purchased this camera I also go the $30 Sony Store voucher (which is usable multiple times as we now know). Therefore for an extra $9 you can purchase the proctector and grip from Sony.

    • Went to 2 different JBHiFi's today for a price match and both refused to match the price

  • After much reluctance from the store manager, I managed to get a price match yesterday at JB Northland.
Today, I used the $150 voucher: I got the 64GB Sandisk ultra pricematched from Centrecom down to $59 (JB had it for $99), a case logic camera case from $35 bargained down to $30, 2 pc games for $20 and Football Manger(PC game) from $49 to $46. All up for $155 ($5 with voucher). Once we got in the car, the son decided he didn't want football manager, so he and wife exchanged it for a $10 game instead. JB refunded $36 - Not bad going for a one time voucher that was suppose to be used in one transanction and not redeamable for cash!
