Are there any options for Cashback or frequent flyer points for the the Mac App Store? There are an abundance of option for iTunes (eg Cash Rewards, Virgin Velocity Shop and Earn, QANTAS Mall). So seems odd to no find anything for the Mac App store

If you're a new AMEX customer they have a $10 credit if you spend $10 on the Itunes/App Store which expires at the end of Jan. Of course with these AMEX offers, you need to have an AMEX card. I am not sure if this excludes non Amex issued cards.
