Fuel Vouchers from Everyday Rewards Not Getting Redeemed

When I spent $30 or more at Woolworths and scan my everyday awards card I get a 4c off/L fuel voucher saved to the card. When I scanned the card at Caltex woolworths, I get 4c off and the fuel voucher gets redeemed (removed) from the card. But for the last 3 months, when I scanned the card at CW, I get the discount but the voucher remains on the EDR card. Hence I have been able to reuse the vouchers several times, and currently I still have 4 on my EDR card. Is this happening to anybody else?

I'm starting to think it's a clever tactic by woolworths to tempt me to go to CW more often (it has). But thankse to the recent drop in petrol price, I've yet to notice an increase in spending on fuel. I drive pretty far for work, so this is beneficial for me anyway.

    Mine is the other way. They show up when I log in, but get no discount when I get fuel. So if I were u I'd keep iquite & enjoy!!

      Same here. Even wrote to complain to them and they just said "sorry but here's another one as a 'gesture of good will'"..

    Everyday Rewards have been having lots of technical problems in the last 3 months. The issue highlighted in the original post is just one of them.

    I think they fixed this issue recently on my account but I'm not really sure.

    If the EDR system at the petrol station is offline you also get an automatic 4 cents voucher for swiping your card and this doesn't get recorded against your account.
