I'm looking to purchase a second monitor and I noticed that MSY and ShoppingExpress have some monitors on special.

But then I noticed this Samsung at MSY http://www.msy.com.au/viconline/monitors/13471--samsung-pls-…
And now I'm not sure which to buy, I rarely play games, I never play FPS, and the monitor will mostly be used for watching TV/Movies and web browsing.They're both $149, the samsung is PLS whereas the LG is IPS but they both have the same viewing angle.
If there's another monitor in a similar price range then I'm happy to hear about it.
