Camera for Samsung TV

Looking to buy a camera for a Samsung TV. IS it better to buy xbox with kinect or a webcam.

If it's a Smart TV, the STC4000 is the model you want. RRP $99.

    To an extent, yes. The STC4000 adds motion & voice control to the television itself, and integrates better. It can pause live TV, automatically switch speaker systems in the television, and will display an overlay whenever you receive a call.
    
    Kinect will only ring through speakers when the XBOX is active, and being displayed through the input you're using.
    
    Obviously motion controlled games aren't a thing as yet on the Samsungs, so the Kinect clearly has that advantage.
