  Valve Complete Pack worth a purchase at this price? Work on OSX? Will it successfully redeem after being taken down off the Australian Steam store back in 2012 or whatever because of L4D2's censorship issues at the time?

    You raise an interesting question. I've just gone through and all games except HL2: Lost Coast and CS: Condition Zero should work on Mac. The two games I mentioned may also work on mac as well, maybe not Lost Coast as it was a tech demo for PC. I redeemed the same pack last year without any problem and to get L4D 2 uncensored you need to download the DLC on the store page.

    Valve Complete Pack worth a purchase at this price?

    Many of those older, multiplayer titles are essentially ghost towns online. I'm questioning why they even included the original Day of Defeat and Team Fortress, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Blue Shift, Deathmatch Classic or Ricochet as the amount of people playing them today is miniscule and the nostalgia value is ever-diminishing. Even CS: Source or Day of Defeat: Source are barely alive.

    Sure, original Counter-Strike always has a hardcore contingent; if you like being killed over and over again by people with inhuman reflexes.

      Yeah, it's definitely a pack for nostalgia reasons only. I do like DoD:S a lot though.

        Cheers for the info, guys. I'm more interested in CS: GO, L4D 1 &2 and Half Life 2 so it's a good pack for me anyway. Hopefully the code redeems okay on my Australian account.
