Hi Just got my wife a bread maker for Christmas and I am wanting to get her a new set off bread knives and wondering if there are any good recommendations.
Any help would be great..

you'll go through alot of dough with a good bread knife.
though my mundial bread knife is still excellent after 10 years of use.
had a bread maker for a while, use it quite often.
Just 2 weeks ago we got an electric knife to cut the bread - so much better and easier.
We basically get double the amount of slices out of our bread now.
Electric knife all the way.
Also, best to leave it for a while to cool down before cutting.
Decided on a Wursthof Trident Classic 26cm @$140 + $5.50 delivery from
Peter's of Kensington Pty Ltdwent for the 26cm over the 20cm on advise that the longer blade gave a better cut on crusty bread - longer sawing action
We have other Wursthof knives the deal clincher was they give free professional knife sharpening for life
I'll second the suggestion for electric knife
