Best Mobile Plan for Long Term Expiry?

Here's my requirements:

• A long-term plan which would most likely only make a total of 30 calls in a year
• No data required

Here's the companies that I've considered:

• Yatango's Pay as you Go
• Amaysim's Pay as you Go

Has anyone got any first-hand experience with these two plans, and care to shed some light on what's best value? I'm leaning more towards Yatango as, on paper, it would appear that they present with the better value (no flagfall).
