      Was watching a re-run episode of ABC's The Checkout (from feb 2014) where they talked about the Gluten free industry.

      lucky for those who are gluten intolerant that you can buy -gluten free shampoo at $27 a bottle. certified gluten free salt. etc.

      Also the Halo effect - that is, if something is good for one area then it must be good for everything. e.g. Gluten free pasta is good for those who are gluten free therefore it must be healthy and therefore good for me. Though Gluten free pasta contains 25% more fat and 4 times the sugar.
