Feature request - email when new bargains are added to a particular tag

Here's a feature request.

Could we be emailed any new bargains are submitted for a particular tag?

It's a great idea. Currently you can already get RSS feed on each individual tag — Go to the tag page (for example PDA), and scroll all the way to the bottom. You'll see an RSS feed image like this:

Click on it and you should be able to subscribe if you are using Firefox or IE7.

There are also services that email you updates from existing RSS feeds. I'll write more about that later today.

  There are. Currently we use FeedDaemon for email subscriptions, but have not had time to properly "advertise" it. Will do it "soon", I hope :)

Try squeet.com for an RSS to email aggregator, although I just checked and seems to be down for "extended" maintenance. I've used it for a about 12 months and although the emails can tend to be delayed by up to a couple of days (this has got worse recently, perhaps the reason for extended maintenance?) its been pretty reliable on the whole.
