Cheap Place to Have Sony Z3 Fixed (Melb)

Anyone know someone that can do this?

I dropped it face first, cracked the glass and the digitiser is kaput.

Every place I've been has quoted me $250-$390 to fix. All claimed to use genuine Sony parts.

Before anyone suggests trying DIY I've seen the ifixit guide. Its too complex and I'm not willing to kill my $700+ phone.

When it cracked, was it in a case or did you use it naked?

there's only ONE store that guarantees the waterproofing after you get the screen replaced and that's Fonebiz. If you get the phone repaired at any other place, a lot of them won't guarantee the waterproofing will remain

  Fonebiz is where Sony sends the phone to anyway, in that case might as well just call Sony.
